It is not possible to sell the house before an executor is appointed.

The proof of residence is only required for the house that you actually live in.

He can get his grade 9 and matric certificates for free through the Department of Basic Education.

Yes, both partners in a civil union can choose what surnames they will be known by.
How can my cousin claim his deceased father's estate when a person wrongly declaring to be his father’s wife had already claimed?
He should inform the Master of the High Court that the whole family was not included in the nomination of who should wind up the estate.
How much does it cost to apply for a new visa in South Africa?
Visa application fees vary but all must be paid in addition to the VFS application fee of R1,550.
Are we still married if my partner collected lobola after we separated?
The safest course is to assume that you are indeed married, and apply to Home Affairs for a marriage certificate, which you will need in order to get divorced.
Why are my new ARVs a different colour?

I’m undetectable. Is it safe to have unprotected sex with someone who is HIV-positive but not taking ARVs?
As you are undetectable there is no risk of HIV reinfection from a partner who is HIV-positive but not on ARVs.
