Rest in Peace Brown Dash
Kwaito star Simphiwe Mpamile, better known by his stage name Brown Dash, died in Johannesburg’s Chris Hani Baragwanath Hospital on 9 May.
The big star won the South African Music Association (SAMA) song of the year in 2005 for his song “Phantsi komthunzi welanga”. Dash performed at SAMA 2012. This was his last performance. We have lost a friend, brother and role model.
