Day 131 Lockdown. These communal toilets and wash areas serve many households in Masiphumelele. For some, getting here involves quite a trek through narrow corridors between homes. Going to the toilet at night is particularly unpleasant and dangerous. This photo is part of a series on Cape Town under lockdown.
