Designed by the People

Cape Town has been selected as the World Design capital for 2014. This is an opportunity for designers to show their ideas for improving the city. The Social Justice Coalition wants to make sure that the city’s working class areas are not left out. The organisation wants people to have a say in designs that will benefit their communities. So they are educating people and running workshops with the theme “Design by the People”.
