Lockdown in pictures - Day 119: Claiming land

Day 119 Lockdown. Across the peninsula people are erecting shacks on vacant land. Wolfgat Nature Reserve in Khayelitsha has been staked out and it is covered in a haze as vegetation is burnt to clear plots. The City routinely demolishes illegal structures, but overall land occupation appears to go on unabated. How much of it has been caused by Covid?
