Western Cape police commissioner Khombinkosi Jula during a meeting where by the police minister Fikile Mbalula and other members of the SAPS met with Marikana residents at the Vuyiseka Senior Secondary School in Lower Crossroads, Philippi. The meeting came after 11 people were shot dead over the weekend in Marikana.
