Dog abused on video
This video is extremely disturbing and shows animal abuse. While shooting a panaroma view of the Eastern Cape, a dog from a nearby home started charging the camerawoman, Linda Kaiser. The dog’s owner caught the dog before it attacked, picked it up by the hind leg and kicked it. The dog yelps while this happens. Kaiser scolds the man and a verbal interaction takes place which is hard to make out.
Lisa-Marie Greeff-Villett of the Cape of Good Hope SPCA said that they would view the footage and then depending on how serious the incident, issue a warning against the owner.
